A storage area will be subdivided for a number of DIY Livery Owners to enable incidentals and feedstuffs to be stored  must be stored in vermin proof containers. Please keep all mucking out equipment in the area provided not outside stables. Haynets should be clearly marked for identification purposes.

Bedding can be drawn from WWEC stocks and will be charged at what we pay plus 10%, we buy by the artic load so hopefully we would be buying at good rates. All stock taken should be recorded on the list in the feed room at the time of use. Please ensure that the yard is kept clean and tidy at all times.

The horse walker will need to be kept clean, West Wilts staff will clean it each morning but a rota exists to allow DIY owners to keep it clean in the afternoon. All horse will be fed by WWEC staff to avoid doors being kicked unnecessarily at 8.00am and 4.30pm, please ensure that feed is placed in a numbered container in the feed room prior to those times. If you intend to ride shortly after those times we will feed a handful leaving you to feed the rest after you have ridden, obviously we need notice of that intention. There is no charge for the 2 main feedings. If you wish your horse to have additional feeds at other times you will need to make your own arrangements.

Use of indoor/top outdoor school and loose school when available, any lights would be charged to you at the current hire rates (Any persons using the school would be expected to clean up after themselves).

Hacking in the fields when ground conditions permit – ensuring that horses are kept to the edges and off the competition tracks/arenas. Restrictions may apply if too much damage is being caused.

Use of turnout paddocks whenever ground conditions permit.

Veterinary Care. In the event of the horse being ill or injured an d we are unable to contact you we will administer veterinary care in accordance with instructions of the vet involved. The owner will be charged for any items of first aid equipment or consumables which are used together with any labour requirements.

The horses should be insured for 3rd party risk.

Lessons with WWEC instructors would be less 20% of the full price.

Hire of show jumps would be less 20% of the full price.

XC schooling over course (after competition) would be less 20% of the full price.
