£81.27 per week per horse (including haylage) invoiced a month in advance on 1st of the month and payable within 7 days of invoice, late payments subject to 0.05% surcharge per annum (calculated on a proportional basis). Ancillary costs would be invoiced at the end of each month with the following month’s livery.

Facilities Included in DIY LIVERY

Use of stable in yard – locked overnight with 24-hour emergency supervision on site.  Use of 3 schools for flat work, when available, any lights would be charged to you at the current hire rates. If a show jump course is used additional charge as per price list applies and should be booked through the office.
(Any persons using the school would be expected to clean up after themselves).

Hacking in the fields when ground conditions permit – ensuring that horses are kept to the edges and off the competition tracks/arenas.  Restrictions may apply if too much damage is being caused.

Turnout is limited to whenever ground conditions and competitions permit (FIELDS MUST BE SKIPPED OUT AFTER USE).

Bedding can be drawn from WWEC stocks and will be charged at whatever we pay plus 10 %.  Shavings would be subject to 20 % VAT.  All items drawn from stock should be entered on the list in the feed room plus any chargeable items recorded.
