- 1. Over-night stables are in permanent buildings and cost £32.50 per stable per night.
- 2. For all Major Events BE/ODE's, please book stabling online via our "What's On" page. For Wiltshire Showing Show, please contact the organiser. For any other competitions please contact the office.
- 3. Stables are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival till 15:00 on the day of departure.
- 4. The stables come with a shavings bed, and we ask that they are fully mucked out and banked up or re-laid on departure. You will need to provide ALL equipment for your horse/pony.
West Wilts EC reserve the right to charge an additional clean up fee of between £5.00 & £10.00 for any stables not correctly mucked out.
- 5. All horses/ponies must be fully vaccinated, certificates must be available to view on request.
- 6. ALL horses must not be under current investigation for infectious diseases including, for example, Equine Herpes Virus (EHV), Equine Influenza, Strangles.
- 7. All Horses must not have been in contact with and not kept on the same premises as a horse known to have or be under investigation for the neurological form of EHV, Equine Influenza, Strangles or Equine Viral Arteritis.
- 8. Sorry but we do not have electric hook up.
- 9. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on or around the stable yards.
- 10. ALL dogs must be on a short lead at ALL times.
- 11. There will be a stabling list and directions on the door to the main office.
The external door to the toilets will be left open and lights for this will be left on over-night.
- 12. Use of arenas outside of the competition is by prior arrangement/booking only, and availability cannot be guaranteed. There is no hacking/exercise available on any of the grass areas.

- 14. Day Stables – When available £20.45 (not available for Major Events)
